Grades 4–6
Fundamentals: build the base right.
Fundamentals teaches young players the movement and skill base they need before the game speeds up. Athletes work on ball control, footwork, finishing, passing and basic defensive habits through clear instruction and purposeful repetition.
The environment builds confidence without lowering the standard. Players learn to listen, communicate, compete and take responsibility for improvement.
Middle school–JV
C.O.R.E.: turn skill into production.
C.O.R.E. is designed for players who are ready to connect technique to real decisions. Shooting, passing, finishing and footwork are trained with reads, pace and pressure so athletes learn when to use each skill.
- Game reads under pressure
- Coachability and communication
- Shooting, finishing and decision-making

Performance: prepare for the speed of the game.
Performance training serves serious high school and college athletes. Sessions emphasize efficient movement, advanced shooting work, live reads and game-speed execution for players preparing to perform in demanding roles.
Memberships create consistent weekly development, while drop-ins allow new athletes to experience the training environment when space is available.
